About the party package, cost and arrival...

What packages do you have and what’s the cost?

Please refer to the party page where you will find information about our standard, premium, dino, gorgeous girls, pirate, and graffiti parties. Prices start at $450 for 15 kids and all packages include party food and drinks.

Do I get a discount if less than 15 kids come?

The package price is the minimum charged for a party regardless of how many guests attend.

I have more than 25 kids, do I get a discount?

Extra kids are charged at either $25 or $28 each, depending on the package. This is already discounted.

I have confirmed 23 kids but only 18 kids came; do I still pay for 23 kids?

We will only charge you for 18 kids and we will ask the kitchen to adjust food quantities accordingly.

Can we extend the party?

Due to other bookings we are not able to extend parties, however you may book two timeslots if available and have an ultimate 4 hour party. We will arrange extra activities and games.

Do I have to pay for kids less than 12 months?

Kids under 12 months are free but they won’t have a seat at the party table. We recommend a baby chair for children under 12 months. Baby chairs can be found in the café.

What happens to the uninvited guests who I don’t wish to pay for?

We will issue a separate charge card for their own payment and gently remind them that they are not allowed to join the party and be in the party room.

Can I do a drop-off party?

If all your party guests are above 6 years, yes you may do a drop-off party. If they are a mixed age group, it is best if the younger kids’ parents stay. Remember to have your guest’s parent's contact numbers written down on our the guest list provided.

What if the party kids and parents forgot socks?

We sell one-size-fits-all socks for $3 a pair. They fit adults and babies.

Can I come in 30 minutes before the party?

To maintain a clean and fresh room for your party, we need as much time to do a turn over from another party to the next. We appreciate it if you can come in 10 minutes before the party time to allow us to sanitize and reset the room for your party and also to allow the previous party time to vacate.

How early can my party guests come in?

5 minutes before the party time. Usually we allow the birthday family to arrive first and settle down before receiving their guests.

My child’s birthday party has just ended and the rest of the kids still want to play, can they?

The party room must be vacated on time as there are other parties booked but you are welcome to move into the café if you wish to stay longer. It’s a good idea to organize your child’s gifts and remove them to your car so that nothing is misplaced.

About kids food, adult platters, cakes and others...

Is food included? What kind of food?

Yes, kids’ party food is included. We serve chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, French fries, vege whizz sticks, cut watermelon and free flow of water and blackcurrant juice.

Can we bring outside food?

Kids’ food is included in our party packages and we have a full service café and kitchen which you can order from. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Some of my guests are allergic to wheat, dairy, nuts or shellfish etc, can you change some of the kids food to suit them?

Sure, but you can only do the exchange with the mains i.e. chicken nuggets and chicken sausages to sandwiches, vege sticks with dip or fruits. Please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We are vegetarian; what food can we change to?

You can change the chicken nuggets and chicken sausages to vegetarian spring rolls and samosas (potato curry triangles). Please inform us in advance.

We want to have a more healthy option, what would you recommend?

You can still have the mains - chicken nuggets and chicken sausages but exchnange fries to more fresh fruits or vegetables sticks with yummy dips. Please inform us in advance.

Do you provide food for adults?

We have a range of adult platters ranging from $20 -$79 for you to choose from. Please refer to our catering page. We can also do a vegetarian alternative.

How many can each adult platter feed?

Each platter serves 6-8 adults.

Can we order more adult platters on the day itself?

Adult’s platters are only available through advance order, but a la carte menu is available at the café. Please check with our staff.

Are there drinks for adults?

We serve free flow of blackcurrant juice and water for both kids and adults. If you prefer coffee, tea, beer, wine or other beverages, you can order on the day from the café and advise the café crew which party room you are in. We are happy to send it to your room.

Do the party packages include birthday cake?

Birthday cake is not included in the packages. You may order a cake through us from the range we offer from the famous Smiling Orchid bakery or bring your own. Cakes ordered from Smiling Orchid will be delivered directly to us on the day of your party, thereby saving you the inconvenience.

Can we ask the cake company to deliver direct to Go-Go Bambini?

Sure, ensure the cake is pre-paid and get your cake delivered within your party time.

Can you keep the cake once it is delivered?

Please be reminded that we have very limited refrigeration space and we will not responsible for any mishap to your cake. In order to ensure optimal freshness we advise you to bring your own cake in with you.
