The following terms and conditions apply to all parties booked at Go-Go Bambini.

Party Bookings

• All package basic prices are for 15 children (including the birthday child) and are the minimum price charged. No discount will be given on package prices.
• Due to staffing levels, weekend timeslots are reserved for Premium, Piñata and Graffiti parties. Standard parties are restricted to Monday through to Thursday timeslots only.
• A surcharge of $50 is applicable for parties booked on public holidays.
• Tentative party bookings will be held for a period of two weeks only. A follow-up call will be made to secure a deposit.
• If confirmation and payment of deposit is not made within the two weeks allotted, and we are unable to make contact with you, the timeslot booking will be forfeited. Please note that a customer contact log is kept by GGB.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure your time-slot. Payment may be made by cash, NETS, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Diners or a cheque made payable to Go-Go Bambini Pte Ltd.
• It is advisable to indicate catering requirements at the time of booking.
• Alterations to menu or special requests should be made at the time of booking.
• A booking contract and terms and conditions sheet must be signed by the host parent at the time of booking or contract will be null and void.
• Cancellation will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Guests

• Additional children will be charged as indicated (either $22 or $25 depending on the package booked).
• Children in attendance during the party who partake of party food and activities will be counted as extra guests and charged accordingly. No exceptions.
• If you do not wish to pay for extra children then please do not invite them into the party room or allow them to partake in the party food and activities.
• It is advisable that you inform parents of your guests that they will be required to pay admission for siblings not invited to attend your party that remain in the centre.
• Parents of party guests may drop-off children for parties and should inform our staff of their intentions upon entry. Parents dropping children off will have their hand stamped in order to identify them and allow them back into the centre to collect their child.
• The host parent assumes responsibility for children dropped off by parents. Please ensure all guests have been collected from the centre before you leave.
• Please bring the completed Party Guest List with you on the day of your party so that our staff may welcome your guests.
• Guests MUST bring their party invitation and should also be included on the Party Guest List.
• All adult guests will receive a GGB yellow card in order that they may make purchases in our cafe should they wish to. Should you wish to treat your adult guests, all cards may be combined at the end of the party or alternatively all transactions should be charged to the host parent’s card.
• By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that any account or lost GGB card outstanding from your guests attending your party remains your responsibility and you hereby agree to pay for such accounts.
• Parents are asked to cooperate with staff in helping to control children who are behaving in a manner disruptive to others or that may endanger others.

Catering

• We will cater for the number of children confirmed to our Party Hosts 7 (seven) days prior to the party date.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed. Only customers who have booked a party package in a party room are permitted to bring in outside cake by prior arrangement. We are unable to refrigerate outside cakes, so please bear this in mind when arranging delivery.
• A follow-up call will be made in the week prior to your scheduled party to confirm catering details and number of guests attending.
• Party rooms are assigned according to the number of children booked for a party, or according to particular activities.
• Please advise when booking if you wish to order platters for your party or if you require vegetarian food.
• Go-Go Bambini Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the menu without notice due to insufficient supply or other such reason beyond our control.

Party Format

• Parties are planned to optimize timing of activities, play, and catering. Any deviation from format must be pre-approved by GGB Party Hosts or organizer. We regret that last minute schedule changes cannot be made.
• Standard parties do not include games.
• Due to our cleaning and sanitizing schedule, parents are asked to arrive not more than 10 minutes prior to the commencement of their child’s party. Entry to the party room will be denied until it has been checked by our party host and approved as clean and ready.
• Party decorations may be brought in and set up 10 minutes prior to commencement of your party. Please inform staff of this at time of booking.
• Party guests will be tagged with a coloured bracelet for identification purposes.
• For safety reasons, children will be marshalled by the GGB party host and informed of the playscape rules before play is permitted to commence.
• Every person, adult or child, is required to wear socks in the playscape.
• The party will start and finish at scheduled times regardless of arrival time of guests.
• Outside piñatas are only permitted to be brought in for standard party packages. GGB will not provide the piñata-filling candies, toys or bags. GGB party host will not conduct our piñata game – parents must supervise and conduct their own piñata game.
• The priority of the GGB party host is to ensure that children are safe and having fun. Adults must request service of a-la-carte food and beverages from the café.
• The party room must be vacated promptly – please be considerate to others.
• Last timeslot of the day parties must leave the centre within 15 minutes of scheduled party end or incur a $50 late charge to offset overtime costs.
• We seek the kind cooperation of parents to please show consideration to others and remember to keep to the party schedule as set out by GGB.

General

• Go-Go Bambini accepts no responsibility for death, bodily injury, personal loss or damage to personal property. Nor is it liable for any frustration of this contract caused by strikes, labour disputes, accidents or any other cause beyond the GGB’s control and outside the ordinary and reasonable contemplation of the parties at the time of party booking.
• Go-Go Bambini reserves the right to amend party package inclusions without notice due to insufficient supply or other such reason beyond our control.
• Payment of deposit will be deemed as acceptance of our party terms and conditions.
• Go-Go Bambini reserves the right to cancel any contract due to non-compliance of terms and conditions by host parents.
