Jennie Adams-Marshall (ex Britain) is highly qualified in all aspects of physical fitness, diet and nutrition. Combine that with her experience as a teacher and mum, and we've got a great instructor for our new fitness program.
A.B.T.A - Abs, Butts,Thighs & Arms - an adult class targeting those stubborn areas we all want to tone and tighten. Enjoy gentle aerobics while learning toning and body sculpting exercises in this great class.
Wednesdays 10:00am-11:00pm $30 per single or $250 for 10 classes.
One-on-One with Jenn - book a slot with Jennie to discuss your concerns regarding exercise, weight loss, diet and nutrition. Jennie will help you set targets and achieve your goals.
$25 per 15 minutes consultation, by appointment only.
Childcare Service - mums attending Jennie's classes may arrange for GGB staff to mind their offspring for the duration of the class. Cost $12 per child, per hour. Please book 2 days prior with Jennie if you need this service so that we can make the arrangements.

Boot Camp features lots of physical activity, active play and learning about 
diet, nutrition and exercise for kids aged 7-11 years. Children participate in individual and team activities and engage in discussion... it’s a fun and informative way to help build awareness and confidence.

Little Chinese Broadcaster Holiday Camp
How better to learn Chinese these school holidays than to broadcast your voice in Mandarin to the world?
Little Chinese Broadcaster Holiday Camp will see your child learning Chinese the fun way by engaging them in activities like story-telling, poetry recital, hosting, music and movement. The camp will also create a recording of your child to put his or her newly acquired Chinese voice skills to use.
Here is your chance to unleash your child's potential in the world of audio recoding. Diction, intonation, pitch and pace methods will be taught as your child learns Chinese the painless way through fun and practical experiences achieved through personal interest. Futhermore, your child will receive their own personalized audio CD to bring home.
